OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

why occupational therapy?

How we occupy our time is deeply impactful. This is what we explore in occupational therapy. Whether through direct interventions or consultations, it is my responsibility to consider your roles, interests, strengths, barriers, contexts, and identities that inform the ways in which you are participating in life’s activities. Whether or not we have intentionally invited it in, mental health skill-building is inherent to life and a journey on which I am prepared to companion you on.

One thing we may all have in common is the desire to be able to do the things we need and want to do.
